di setup / makeready menu for pantone colors

hi mr heidelberg and sorry for this late hour that i am writting.i have to do coca colas job but the rip dont knew the pantone of coca cola.up to now i am working over times to find this and i dont know excatly how can i do to print with pantone.please give me more information about how can i do to the makeready menu to do this pantone because i do the colours off but i find that has more colours so it means vvv,xxx and another special colours.i doubt something? the pantone colour will show when i export the job from rip to di or i have to do with comands at my di monitor at the make ready meny. please give me more information how can i do with this:
 
The RIP needs to be told the that you are using a special colour in the separations so pre-press must put this information on the disc first.
So basically the job will be c,m,y,k + x.

    thank u very much mrs heidelberg.today i print all the 4 colours papers and now i am trying to print the pantone colour.this pantone from coca cola i find and this is 185 C .can u give me the percent from this pantone because i ihave number of this pantone but not percenatge because i have no pantone book. i will be greatful
     
    Hi,

    Breakdown for pms 185 is 75% (12 parts) pantone warm red and 25% (4 parts) pantone rubine red. So basically for a 1kg mix....mix 750g of warm red and 250g of rubine red.

    However the coca cola red is very close to pms 186 (just checked with pms book and a can of coke) and that mix is 73.9% (12 parts) pantone warm red, 24.6% (4parts) pantone rubine red & 1.5% (1 part) pantone black.

    Notice the mix colours are from the PANTONE range and not normal process colours.
