Does anyone know where the control panel / fuses are on a 34di presstek press?

There are a series of fuses behind the panel next to the console on the non-operator side. You will have to first remove the two screws on top of the press on that side to remove the top cover, then loosen the two screws on top of the bottom panel. There is a black panel inside there that will need to be opened.

What year is your DI? I purchased a set of manuals for mine to include the service manual and electrical service manual. They have saved me countless service calls to our local support company. The manuals only cost around $25 US dollars each. I ordered mine from Xpedex which is the distributor for Ryobi products in my area.

Think we got it 5 years ago im not sure. I opened that up all earlier today and seen the pannel you are talkin about but it was all far to confusing for me haha. I was having problem with my delivery table and thought maybe fuse had blown and that being hte reason for it not to work but not sure

My press is a 2008 newly installed about 13 months ago. I believe the manuals are from 2004, which most everything has remained the same except for RIP upgrades. I can give you the manual numbers so you know which onces to order from your Ryobi vendor.

As soon as I get to work tomorrow, I'll post them here.

I was printing envelopes about a week ago and when I finished, I removed the two feeder rails and left the feed engaged. The feed tray raised up too far and jammed into the other components and knocked the feed out of time by about 180. The suction was on when it shouldn't have been and off when it needed to be on. The repair manuals covers all areas of calibrating the press and making adjustments which are not in the operator's manual. They save me thousands of dollars in support costs alone.

    Ryobi 3404X-DI & 3404E-DI Service Manual (2007): Order No.: M5354 04 003
    Ryobi 3404X-DI & 3404E-DI Electrical Service Manual (2004): Order No.: M5354 05 003

You should be able to order these from your region's Ryobi vendor, if not, see if Xpedx will ship one to you across the pond.
