calibration Heidelberg QM DI Classic - help???

    I have a problem with the calibration QMDI classic.
    I have a Harlequin RIP.

    I start with the calibration using GENLINE, and after the first, second click GENLINE fall.

    can someone help me?

    Try to check the conector, and do Gohome for see if the unit dont show a problem...

    which connector?
    "and to see if gohome for the unit do not show a problem" - I do not understand this ???
