hi guys i hope somebody can shed me some light on a little issue im having with our konica 5500. all of a sudden as the paper comes out it has a ripple type look effect to it (wavey ). ive cleaned all the roller within and checked that nothing is a miss but i am truley a novice regarding this type of machine and wondered if there was basic things to try before making a call to an engineer. ive also tried the the paper weight switch to see if that made a a difference but it seems like it is at the point where its gone through the toner and starts to come upwards.
any help will be gratefully received as its getting annoying now. it does sometimes come out flat but mainly crumpled. i noticed that as paper comes upward towards outbound exit roller the paper gets crumpled in that part.is there any particular things to check there.

    Can you post a picture?

On our machines (c7000) we start to get a wave from the fuser when the adhesive under the pad on the output guide migrates to a point that it causes the paper to buckle. A good cleaning with isopropyl gets it going again but it usually needs that part replaced to stop the waving completely.

SHow me what you're getting and if it looks familiar I can take a picture of the area to clean.
