Polar 92 EM is cutting short about a 1/8" inch

    Happy almost last day of 2016! Our company just acquired a used Polar 92 EM last week and it was installed a couple of days ago. One issue is the readout is not accurate. if you punch in 20.0 inches it will actually be cutting 19 7/8". We do not have a manual and am pretty sure it is a simple fix. If I could hand my bindery guy a few simple steps to try and remedy this it would clear up a couple of owed favors. Thanks in advance for any help!
