The title says it all Error knife after run limit exceeded after error comes up does not let me cut any more have to turn on and off error erases and I begin to cut 3 to 4 cuts and error appears again same thing over again please help ...

You need either a clutch revision at the gearbox or / and a new electronic board. Nothing you can do. I would ask at binderytech.com who a reliable service in your area provides.

thanks for your advise we contacted a service rep and sure enough he came out and placed new shims on the clutch error went away.

 

I have the same issue at the moment after buying this cutter 6 months ago and investing 20k+ into it. Is the cutter still working and may I have the name of the repair person who fixed it.

Cutters up and functional sorry for the super late response but the clutch was the culprit joe velling was the person who changed my clutch packing
