Pls we are gettng the error message (Cutting circuit interrupted) on the display of our Polar 115 Emc-Mon M/C number 6131705 and the knife con no longer come down to cut though the backguage works well.
The knife is at TDC and light barrier free but if we try to cut,we get error message above.I wish someone can help us decode the cause and propose prompt solutions to this problem as our producion is now hindered. I wish we can receive help soonest. Thanks,
    .

    Hi SOMA!

The first test has to be the function “clamping without cut”.
You make a program with the following steps.
    60.000 D
    40.000 D
    20.000 D
The letter D is in the keyboard and is to activate the function “clamping without cut”.
Place some paper in the middle of the table to prevent the big noise when the clamp is touching the table.
Do not use the foot pedal.
Switch the automatic function ON and go to the first step. Now you push both cut buttons. If the clamp is lowering without any error hold the cut buttons to finish the cycle.

If you get again an error message I need to know when the error message appears.
Before the clamp is moving downward?
Right in the beginning of the clamp movement?
In the moment the clamp is touching the surface of the table?

With this test we know in which part of the cut circuit the error appears.

    Hello CP,
Thanks for your timely reply. We tried clamping without cut according to your instruction but the error message appears before the clamp is moving down.this means the clamp did not move to at all .but the backguage moved to position.Pls we need your help to further find the problem.
    Thank you.
    Soma.

    Hi SOMA!
This means you have some more work.
The next step is the testing of the inputs for the cutting circuit. Before a cut is made the machine is controlling all inputs regarding safety and functions. I will send you a detailed instruction for these tests. The test is not complicated and takes just some minutes. Because I have to add a lot of pictures to the instruction I will send you a pdf-file. Therefore I need an Email-address.

Do you have the electrical drawing for this machine?
Do you have the spare part book for this machine?
Do you have the operating manual for this machine?

    Hi Soma!
The LED V77 is for sure not correct. Maybe one of the proximity switches at the gear box is broken. Now you have an instruction how to see the inputs in an easy way. As well you have the complete set of drawings for this machine.
And I wait for your answer :)
    Good luck

    Hi ricolino!

You have now the most used electrical drawing for EMC-Monitor machines. But this does not mean it fits completely to your machine to send you the correct set I need the machine number.
At least you can play a bit and waste your time.

    Muchas suerte

    Hello Cp
Awesome information on this site. Thanks for your help. We have Polar Mohr 115 MO. 5731352. It works fine. But time to time it has a trouble to cut. Message appears cut circuit interrupted. I have replaced limit switches on the cam but no success. I works fine for a while and start giving trouble in every cut. If its running on automatic it switches to manual. Really frustrating and time consuming. I only have changed one switch right now. Tested the other switch with multimetre it seems to work fine. Can you please advise me what to do next? Thanks a lot in advance.
