Help with Polar 76x Clamp Interruption Error Code 118

This error code came up today while we were using the cutter. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

 

The message “clamping time interrupted – 118” is usually no error massage. It means the order to cut was not long enough given.
The normal recommendation would be the following:
Hold the cut buttons longer.
Check the adjustable pre clamping time.
Check the cut buttons.

Thank you, we gave this a try but it doesn't make a difference. We have pedal pressure so assuming it is not the hydraulics. The clamp simply does not respond. This problem occurred as the cutter was being programmed for a new job to trim and not in the middle of an actual cut.
