Default SWOP vs. Sheetfed Coated v2?

What is the difference between the U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2 and U.S. Sheetfed v2 color profiles?

U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2 is based on web press printing caracterization dataset. U.S. Sheetfed v2 color profiles is based on MatchPrint (analog) proofing material.
