Network Printing Help

Hi,

I am having issues printing to my KIP 3100 series over my office network. I am able to print through a web browser if I go to the IP address of the printer and use the online printing and I can print using KIP request (also uses the internet). However, I cannot print directly from an application (i.e. AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, etc) to the printer as it just returns an error. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
