Intec XP2020 | help with ghosting from back side fold/edges

Hi! We purchased an IntecXP2020 Envelope printer aftermarket. We saw it print prior to purchase and it was fine, now after it's been moved I can't get rid of the magenta shadows that are showing up on the front along the fold lines form the back. (It's like we can see that back of the envelope in a light dusting of magenta on the front). I've replaced the magenta drum, and it's better but not gone.I'm new to printing - sorry if I'm describing this poorly. Intec will not help with service, or any instruction on how I may be able to help myself... any expertise and advise would be greatly appreciated. I have pictures if that helps!
