Horizon SPF20 Stitcher

Does anyone know why my in feed conveyor isn't picking up paper that comes off of my collator. The paper hits the belts and just stops. The belts seem to be running slow and you can stop them by barely touching a wheel.

Try cleaning them with a blanket wash. Should help

 

I had this same problem once and it ended up being that the drive belt tension had loosened up. If you pull the back cover off, you will see where it can be adjusted.
