Anyone can help or having the same problem.
It is the second week that we cant print in c1.
The problem is that prints some yellow bars (first it was cyan) edge to edge in the paper.
The technical said that it was the starter (cyan). We replace all the Cyan unit but in the next print Yellow bars came up.
The Canon says that the problem is because a new starter kit with new code came up. So, we order the new one (Yellow).

From what I heard, most C1 toners are dead. Starters does not take long and then you wont get solids and there are color gaps in between colors.

Its not solid problem. The problem is that C1 prints color bars (see the photo-cyan bar).
I dont think that is toner problem but what do you mean with the toner are dead???
