We have been running the Imagepress C6000 for about 2 1/2 years now and over the last 5 or 6 months we have been having problems with cross feed lines in our solid colors (mainly blues, oranges and greys). The techs have been in and out of our shop for months with no resolution, even had Canon USA involved last week. CUSA said it was a humidity issue, but we fixed that problem and the lines remain. They say they have replaced every component that could cause this - even replaced the magenta laser and cleaned the other lasers. The lines are thin and narrow and show up about every 1/8 of an inch. At the beginning of a run they are barely visible, but by the 2000th impression they start coming out more.

Any one with similar experience? The C6000 has been a great machine, and still is for almost everything that does not have large areas of solid color...

    Any advice appreciated...
