imagepress c1 printing problems

We have imagepress c1+. Its rather new ( 50 000 copies run total) but we have halftone image printing problems.
Its only visible on halftones, corona wires and ITB was replaced recently, nothing helps.

Any ideas what could be the problem?

 

Hello,
this issue can be caused if the prints are made on very thick paper. It's drum to be verified.
Also You must check the heater belt because if the thickest of paper was high also the belt can be damaged....

 

Are you talking about the bands?

 

Yes for the bands that are repr. on the above samples...

 

bands are a common issue in any digital printer irrespective of the brand. there is a new kit for the drum drive gears with canon which can alleviate the issue of banding, please get in touch with them.
