imagepress 6010VPS printing quality problem

Hi everybody,

we just received our brand new C6010VPS.

I have a couple of questions:

-when printing on wood free offset, the image is "cloudy" with 80% screen of Black.
(it just looks awful)
I dont see any setting to resolve this problem. only transfer and gloss adjustments. but this is not helping.

-When i print glosscoatedpaper 250 gram, double sided.
There is a white line (damage) on exactly the same position on every sheet.
Not in the printing direction.

These 2 problems leave the mechanics baffled.(they cannot solve it)

-Does any body have a "paper datebase"?
So i can check quality settings
