    Hey folks,

we've got an issue on our 6000VP system and no one is able to find the reason.
Please have a look at the two attachments.
You can see fine lines continuously across the whole sheet especially in black and magenta. One of the images displays a before/after effect, printed on the same sheet of paper. Unfortunately I can't figure out when the above "before-image" was printed. The second image is a test sheet where you can find the specific fine lines especially in black and magenta halfones.
We've got a Canon business support but they haven't find a solution yet.
Does this issue match with anyone of you?

    I'd welcome any responses.

    Sincerely
    Christian

Looks like one or more of the drum cleaning units is vibrating causing your pitch lines. Have the tech swap drum units around and run single color test prints to isolate the unit having the problem.

    problem solved

    Thanx for your reply.
We finally found the solution which has solved the problem.
One or more mirrors which are responsible to direct the laser beams were dusted/dirty. So they have been cleaned and everything is fine now.
