Canon c6010vp color problem

i get pdf file for book that made in indisighn cs3 it contain pic and scan in black test gray scale image and color pic
all other files and job print normaly but the with the specipic file of the book i try all and i get this:
in step and continue the color is gone and u get only black and in pic i get black sep

i thake the file to preps and the same is ocuure

in cut and stack or step and continue its sim to be ok

do you have an idea ??
