    Hi,

Having a nightmare whereby my printing output on some cd inlay's whereby each box and type has a dropped white line below it.

Printing the same document with a different printer works ok (unfortunately not to the necessary finish quality, so believe it must be something malfunctioning in the printer. Got two big deadlines and not much hair left to pull out so any pointers gratefully received.

Thanks in advance for any advice!

    Jeremy

Does your canon driver offer an option for trapping? Check to see if auto-trapping is set to on or off.

The white line could represent a registration issue between black and the colors cyan especially.

As a test to isolate where the misregister is coming from, what happens if you export the whole layout as a bitmap and then print the bitmap. What happens if you change the black from 100% K to a rich black?
