Hello everyone, can I ask someone about C1 printouts looking like Burnt Image from left (dark) to right (light). More dark and yellowish on the left side. Replacement need of some sort?

    Help will be great!
    Thank you in advance.

    Is it the drum unit?

Is it the drum unit? No service contract so your help will be much appreciated!
    Thank you

If you print a solid page of each cyan, magenta, yellow, and black (possibly both a 100% solid and a light screen of that individual color) can you see one of the drums giving up the ghost? Under service mode can you look and see the yield percentage the machine reports for each drum? (I don't use an imagepress, so hopefully someone else will jump in here with some specific experience...)

    Drum & CMYK

    Hello xpquickprint,
    thank you for the lead.
From solid Yellow & Magenta differs. Dark left to lighter right.
From my understanding, C1's got one drum unit for all colours.
Also, the selling point of C1 was long lasting consumables.
My clicks are not half there yet.

I will try to locate the yield percentage as you refer.
    Thanks again.

You are correct - sorry - I was not thinking of the C1.

Will someone else running a c1 please step up and make up for my misadvice by giving some good advice :)

    Sloved!

Hi, transfer belt was replaced first of all. It got rid of white dots we've been getting. The real cause was Corona Grid. (spelling?) It was charged up with fine dust and toner blew it out clean and it is running smooth.

Thank you for your support, xpquickprint! ;)
