Paper tray and scanning problems

    Ive had some strange problems in the last few days, my fiery remote scan has stopped working with the error that it cannot find the fiery plugin no matter how many re-installs I perform. I understand there are issues with OSX leopard but it has only stopped working in the last few days after months of use.

    The second issue is that documents that I have previously printed successfully from two different paper trays (ie thick cover, plain internal pages) now only print from a single paper tray.

    Any help would be great!
