Looking For A Suggestion On Printing A Magazine

First let me say Thanks! To everyone who will response to this. I appreciate it.

The issue at hand:

I would like to print a magazine on 11x17 paper, without the white center space that is applied when printing a booklet with a saddle stitch, as it separates our Pin Ups, the white board is a pain also but I can live with that for now.

Also, tips on printer setting using using the Command Workstation 4, I would like to know the setting for making the magazine.

What I use:
Indesign CS 3
Adobe Acrobat Pro 7
Canon iR C3220
Command Workstation 4
ImagePass C-2

Paper:
11x17

I don't cut the magazine and I would like it to bleed of the pages for the front and rear covers without the white boarder.

Additional:
Does anyone where to get a manual for the Command Workstation 4.
