imageRUNNER C3220 Color Copier Problem when printing in color images come out blurry looks like colors do not allign with each other and print about 3mm apart from each other. we have recently moved it to the new location and that is when it all satarted all of the drumms are 2 month old

I'm not a tech, so I don't have any great advice to offer - we've only had this type of color offset happen when we got toner under our transfer belt on the ITB assembly rollers under/inside the belt. Check the ITB assembly without touching the belt and check the cleaning blade. How many prints are on the current ITB -- it might be time to get a tech out to give the ITB assembly a cleaning & rebuild if there's nothing obvious.

Although it did help somewhat the solution to it is to clean the transfer belt unit. When toner gets inside the unit and causes it to slip and thus misaligning the colors. To clean it you have to take the unit apart and clean all of the rollers as well as the inside of the transfer belt be very cautious not damage the belt when taking it of the rollers. Take your time while doing it. And make sure you put it back together the way it was. It is not hard to do just take it slow. If you must use liquid when cleaning use ALCOHOL with no additives and soft cloth.
