I purchased a used c3200 with fiery attached. I am trying to print postcards on 10pt c1s from pdf files in photoshop. The images come out grainy, streaky, spotted, in places of solid color. I have attached to file I am printing from and the outcome. I am new to the print world so please give me idiot proof responses.

    Thank you!

I'm not sure where your black splotch is coming from. It looks like there is a bit of color misregistration where you can see the magenta on one side of the white letters and cyan on the other a tiny bit (there is probably a bit of toner under the ITB transfer belt; you have to be really careful when you clean it, but it's not too difficult.)
Does a different black drum help at all with the black splotching? I don't see that splotching with the other colors, so the easiest thing to try first is swapping drums if you have a spare new one.

Do you think cleaning it and changing the black drum will fix the problem with the places that should be solid colored, printing as spots and streaks?

Office copier and printing industry do not always get along. Let me ask you please - after you scanned the printout to post here did you enhance it with photoshop or just scanned and posted it?
From what I see you have defects coming from black imaging unit so that should be changed, is it a chromekote 10pt cover?
This is office machine and may not be capable running supergloss stocks, try printing regular uncoated and see if defect will show, I understand that you may not be able to print the job on it and give it to the customer but at least we will know that machine is up to the task or not.

The gsm of the paper stocks I have tried fit with in the specs for the machine. Does anyone know if there is a spec sheet showing finish limitations?
