Canon IRC3220 White line on images [Problem]

Hello guys,

I have just registered to this forum but I have watched it for a long time. I'm so happy to be part of this community and hopefully get help for my problems.

I'm having a Canon IRC-3220 printer and everything was fine until now a white line shows on my prints. I did a massive cleaning at service mode but i still have this problem. Can anyone suggest me something ? You have a picture attached below. The image is scanned but you can clearly see the line on the left.

Print a sheet that has a side-to-side solid of 100% cyan and 50% cyan to see if it's limited to cyan and then if so try changing the cyan drum unit.
