Canon ImagePRESS C1+II (E0602-0001 error)

    We just had a Canon engineer come and rebuild our fleet of Canon ImagePRESS C1+II printers with T1 V2 Fiery RIP. They work sooooo much better than before, no issues. This morning (Monday, Mar 23, 2015), I came in and saw one of the 5 is at a black screen showing E0602-0001 error. We put in a call to a Canon tech, but I wanted to see if there is a known issue or quick fix that we can use to avoid having them come on site.

    We rebooted the printer, still shows the error.

    We shut down both the RIP and printer, then turned on the RIP, waited 5 min, then turned on the printer, still shows the error.

    We actually have 2 more in another city, holding off on getting any work done on them, until we sort out this 1 error in 1 of our 5 RIPS in this location.
