Challenge 3 Hole Punch Hydrualic Problem Model EH-3

When I press the peddle to punch nothing happens. The drills do not go down. When I turn on machine, I hear the noise like when you push the pedal down. Almost like it is already in gear and did not release.
The hydraulic fluid is filled.

 

These machines are pretty basic. Off the top of my head, if the material between the pump and the motor has destroyed itself, this would cause the heads to not come down. Left side, inside machine base. Or the spring that holds the pedal rod up has broken. Right side of machine at the base. Both items fairly easy to fix.
