As for the CPC cost - it's low, but not completely down to black and white equaling color costs - the color accent means if your single page has approximately 120 characters in color - the click charge is at the B/W rate.
I have seen Ricoh come down to almost the same cost of b/w and color, in some cases when the volume is pretty significant.
Of course, this is all marketing - every copier company could charge the same for B/W as Color - it's just toner.
Edgeline could be the "game changer" but this is only the first generation...HP is a great engineering company, and learning how to compete down in the copier world will take time...HP tends to move in their own direction.
