problem on PM74 FOUR COLOR

The machine cannot run, but when you start it sounds but no motion. on the cptronic display it shows C 11 .DYN TEST 1 ;BLT-CON ;7FDF .can someone help plse ..

 

Diagnostic code appears to be "encoder defective"...might be a good idea to verify encoder cable has not been damaged from exposure to moving parts.

we checked the but still we have the same problem it never changed

 

we actually checked all cables but they were healthy so im just hoping for another solution
