CTP Agfa PALLADIO 2 LP 82 Ultra

Greetings, i'm not sure of where do i need to post this thread, but i'm starting trhough here. I own A CTP LP 82 Ultra, AGFA, and i have an error, there are some diagonal lines in one plate, and none in the second plate, on and off, i have done everything from changing computer, cables, scsi cards, etc, agfa wont give me a solution either. The support is very low where im located. Im seeking help for any issue or info related to some diagonal lines of this type. Thanks in advanced.
