    Hi guys iv gt a Sord z that is not coming out of impression when there is no paper being fed.any assistance.the electronic board is a weko BAE.also what is the supply voltage to the eye.thanks to those who will assist

    Hi,
    Voltage to eye electronics is 12vdc. But your problem ma be beyond the eyes. Do you still have this problem?
