Default One color jobs on a Heidelberg QM-46-2

Can you run one-color jobs on a Heidelberg Quickmaster 46-2 as easily as on a one-color QM-46 (one color model)?

You would have to run roller lube in the second color unit of a QM 46-2 to run one-color
