    Hi,
As of lately I have been encountering a problem, where the second unit impression switches on, on time, but the first unit gets delayed. I spoke to a technician about this, and he said it must be something wrong with the pneumatics, so I got the air compressor serviced, checked and fixed all the air leaks and increase the pressure on the regulator, but still I encounter the same problem. I opened the case and watched, the solenoid switch on the upright piston is what gets delayed to get switched on. It sometimes gets switched on after 1 sheet or sometimes after 5-7sheets. I would really appreciate it if someone could advise me on what to do next?
    Regards,
    Charith

post a foto might help, sometime the micro-switches stick and need cleaning on the movement, because the rubber boot is toast. But sometimes you have to replace it. But then again it could be out of time, for any one of many reasons. Need more input.

    @ Junker Its a 1990,
@ FSA, so on Thursday evening, I removed the valve, and discovered that the inner of the piston was clogged up with oil. But sadly once I removed the oil inside the piston, it refused to work. So right now waiting on a piston I have ordered. As I don't think that the solenoid switch is doing what it is supposed to do.

    Hi guys,
there was oil in the solenoid valve. So tried to clean it, and that messed it up. So endued up buying a new solenoid valve. Now it works without and issue.
