Default Ink Rollers

Hi All

I have got to go on our gto52zp which hasnt been run for over 6 months
The ink and dampening rollers have all been taken out and stored the last time it was used
I have the manual so i know where the rollers go but my question is how do you know i have got the correct pressure between the rollers
I remember the last time someone run this machine they were having problems with water transfering up the ink rollers turning the ink milky

Hi,

Set the plate inking rollers to the oscillators to 4mm and then 3mm to the plate. The vibrator roller 4mm to the oscillator and the (blue) riders above the dampers to the oscillators set via the thumb screws to 4mm.

What sort of damping system are you using?

Regards.
