Error 11 & 13 on cptronic front panel

Hi,

Our company has recently purchased a used Heidelberg SM52-2P with cpc 1.04 of year 2012 with 37 mil imps. During the installation in our factory, the machine fell off from the skates at the front of the press by approximately 10cms to the ground. The main electronic module came off the clips in the electric cabinet and since been put back in place. A technician checked the modules and he believes that no damages has occurred to them. Could someone explain what does error 11 & 13 means and would it be related to the shock from the fall or could it be that sensors might be misaligned due to the shock. Please help!!! Thks Gavin

HI..I WOULD NOT IMAGINE IT WOULD DISTURB MUCH AS THE PRESS HAS A SMALL INTEGRAL CABINET.I WOULD CHECK ALL THE BASIC STOP/SAFETY ELEMENTS FIRST..WHEN YOU SAY NUMBER 11,13 ON PANEL DO YOU MEAN ON THE DELIVERY(MID) DISPLAY? AS- 1 TO 5 etc ARE PRINT UNITS, 11 IS THE CODE FOR FEEDER, 12 IS DELIVERY, 13 IS THE CP-TRONIC COMPACT CONSOLE, 15 IS THE CONTROL CABINET..IF YOU PUSH THE STOP BUTTON ON THE FEEDER 11 WILL SHOW ON THE MID DISPLAY.. etc..
HAVE YOU CHECKED EVERYTHING ON THE CPTRONIC ERROR/SERVICE DISPLAY FOR INIT-TEST ETC..? THANKS..
