Blanket packing

    is there a right or wrong way to postion the under blanket? to avoid a back edge ink line.There is no info in the manual.Thanks:(

    What kind of press? And what thickness is the blanket and underpacking? Some smaller presses use a sticky strip on the lead edge to hold it in place. The underpack does not wrap around the blanket into the cyl. Also some smaller presses will get a gripper/tail edge line with excessive pressure or too thick of a blanket and under pack. Multi and Hamada's are known for this.

    ryobi b3 2 col. i use sticky tape. The question is how far from the bar is the under blank placed. I take what you say.Thanks for reply

    make sure the under blanket is longer than the cylinder
