    Hi There,

Can Anyone recomend a good addition pen for the small offset on metal plates. That will last and not fade. Name, make and supplier in the UK would be good.

    Thanks

Does your plate supplier not have any pens that are specific to the type of plate you are using.

Our Plate supplier does not have faith in any of the addition pens on the market he knows about, so does not supply them. Will give the Base line & the Sharpie a go and see how they work out.

Thanks all for you input and suggestions.

if you come across an addition pen that will last the lenght of the plate please post it here. ive yet to find one. what i usually do to make an addition last is to use a sharpie pen with a few light coats allowing each coat to dry thouroghly before the next one. then i tap ink on it and burnish it in with the rounded end of the sharpie marker over a little piece of coated text weight paper. once burnished in try to avoid cleaning the plate with anything in that area
